“We booked this tour as it was advertised as a thrilling inflatable canoe trip followed by a medium difficulty hike with rivers, forest, sea and mountain views in Tierra del Fuego National Park. Unfortunately it was not as described. The raft was fine but our guide spoke almost constantly with his colleague for around 30 minutes and offered no useful information. He ignored questions, gave no paddling guidance and stayed mostly silent apart from chatting. We could hear the other guide sharing facts and engaging with their group while ours did nothing similar. Our raft grounded several times and when entering Lapataia Bay in strong winds we received no direction…”

“Hiking to the glacier was amazing. Such a beautiful hike, the guide was amazing and went above and beyond. Packed us soup and coffee/tea for the top. We weren’t able to go into the glacier cave because it was unsafe due to the melt but still very pretty.”

“The scenary is amazing and our guide was so funny and nice. However it should be better described because the trail is really not suited for everyone. It is said to be easy but is not. There is difficult forest walk and most of all lots and lots of mud. The scenaries are worth the fatigue but people should be more aware”
